Entrepreneur – A person who organizes and operates a business venture and assumes much of the associated risk.
This is what the dictionary definition of Entrepreneur. Today Entrepreneurship has become a trend instead of a goal. Entrepreneurship requires the qualities like Patience, Risk Taking, and Making Decisions keeping future in mind. People having all these qualities tend to run the ventures in a better way than others.
People have different thoughts about Entrepreneurship. Some think it is great to start as soon as possible, some think first one should take experience in a good organization for some years, and some just wait for the opportunity. All may be right in their opinion but Entrepreneurship is not just we try to make a venture by following the trend. It should be a dream that everyone should complete in a perfect manner. There should be no haste decisions till one gets an idea which clicks both mind and heart.
It is not that only we require an innovative idea to start a venture but also a good decision and a lot of management. People just search for the ideas and look for an innovative product and forget that they can bring innovativeness in the current ideas or ventures also.
Going with the trend is a good thing but not in a venture. Entrepreneurship is an idea for which you have to fall in love with it and should have a lot of patience to complete your dreams; otherwise it can be a disaster. Success is guaranteed but on cost of patience, risk, and good decisions.
